Buying & activating
Play That Back is bought inside the app. If checkout finished but the app is still locked, choose Check purchase first.
Refunds
Ask within 14 days through the form and include your receipt email. A full refund turns the license off. Your consumer rights still apply.
Moving to a new Mac
Deactivate the old Mac in Settings → License, then activate the new one with your key.
Privacy requests
Choose “Privacy or data request” in the form. Your videos, recordings and reviews live on your Mac, so most of your data is already in your hands.
